HOW DO IÂ USE HOLIX XO?
The Holix XO device is designed to work in conjunction with the Holix App. Open the Holix App, and select from a wide variety of a workout or skill. Then chose the time, 30-60-90 minutes. Before pressing start, place the mobile device in the rear on the charging port, face up. Stand in front of home dock with remote, and press play.
